Please continue to phone 01579 32 42 52.  Patients may also like to use https://app.patientaccess.com/login TO BOOK A TELEPHONE CALL BACK, booking in this way allows access to a wider range of available time slots.

To register for the above service you will need to come into the surgery with two forms of ID - one photo and one proof of address.  They can not be the same form of ID.  You will also need to provide us with a valid email address, this will complete the online registration

Once your registration is complete you can login to your account by clicking here .

calendarWhen you ring the Surgery for a consultation with a Doctor you will be given a Telephone Callback slot (TCB) at a time convenient to you.  This can be on the same day or a few days ahead depending on your needs and may vary dependant on your usual GP.  You will be asked for some idea of why you would like a TCB so that we can ensure that you see the most appropriate clinician.  You do not have to give a reason if you do not wish to.

The Doctor will phone you back within 30 mins of your arranged slot to discuss your problem/query with you and if a face to face consultation is required the Doctor will arrange a convenient time.  It may be that the Doctor arranges for you to see the Minor Illness Nurse or another member of the clinical team if they feel that is required.  This will mean that there will be more face to face consultations available for those patients needing to see a Doctor.

There have been no changes to the booking of appointments with the Practice Nurse, please continue to phone the Surgery.

There is a minor injuries unit at Liskeard Community Hospital.

X-Ray facilities are available during weekday working hours.
